Assesment af kandidater
Lisberg only uses well tests, as assessed by one of Lisberg certified consultants, who subsequently prepare a test report. All graduates receive personalized and discreet feedback on their test profile.
Those candidates, who after the initial interview, selected to proceed further in the recruitment process, would be asked to participate in a personality and a assessment-test. The result of this test will give the respective consultant and customer insights about the candidate's personal qualities and social skills that are necessary in order to choose the best match for the company.
