Our starting point is a careful identification of the current job-related challenge when we start a recruitment task. The recruitment process includes the following steps, organized in consultation with the customer:

     
• Preparation of job and candidate profile, determining the course
• Additional meetings with the customer's personnel
• Identification of candidates thorough investigation and possible. advertising
• Discreet contact relevant candidates through telephone interviews
• The customer receives weekly reports from Lisberg on the status of the recruitment process
• Presentation of the leading candidates for the customer
• Obtaining references on candidates in the final round. Negotiations between the client and the candidate
• Recruitment of candidate

Experience shows that we need 4-8 weeks to complete a task - depending on the job type, company, market conditions and customer's time to meet the candidates.

Guarantee
On our recruitment services we provide in principle 6-12 months warranty. The warranty covers if a placed candidate from us will be dismissed before the expiry of 12 months periods from candidate recruitment.
