Lisberg stablished in 1959 and is recognize for its expertise in the recruitment of managers and specialists. Lisberg is Denmark oldest recruitment company, and over the years been regarded as a competent, local alternative to the large international headhunter companies.

In 2005, Lisberg taken over by Wingmanager, which was a part of PwC, one of the four major accounting and consulting firms.
