A typical process for the involved candidate
1. Initial contact
When Lisberg contacts you about a job vacancy that will initially be discreetly. The interview will reveal whether you have the right profile, as well as your interested position. If both are meet, we will send a job specification as well as job description and the profile, which companies is applying for and information about the company.
2. First meeting in person
Is the interest mutual, we invite you to a personal interview, where you will be able to put you further into the job content and challenges. You will in the same meeting, receive recognition about your experience and skills.
3. Test and Evaluation
Subsequently you will go through a testing process where, through personal and logical tests evaluate your professional, managerial and personal qualifications for the desired profile.
4. Other personal meeting
Here you and the consultant review your personal qualifications and assess how these can complement and challenge that position.
5. Presentation of company
If your experience and qualifications match the position, you will meet our customer. To maintain confidentiality, the meeting will usually take place at Lisberg where the respective consultant will also be present. We present usually 3-4 candidates for the customer, whereas 1 – 2 of the presented candidates will be choose to go further in the process.
If you are one of the semifinal candidates, will be invite to the next meeting with the customer. Deselected candidates by the customer will get a verbal feedback from the Lisberg’s consultant and the reasons for refusal.
6. The final part of the process
Are you one of semifinal candidates whereas the customer would like to meet again, will the meeting be arrange. The customer during this meeting will often give you a concrete employment offer for employment. Then the Lisberg’s consultant will obtain references and statements about you from people you have previously worked with and will be disclose to the customer.
Once the chosen candidate has signed the contract, a written refusal via e-mail will be send to the rest of candidates who have been in the process for that current position.
Soon after your startup in the new position, Lisberg’s consultant will conduct follow-up meetings with you and your new employer to ensure, both parties meet the mutual expectations.
These meetings will take place after about one, 3 and 6 months of employment.
